Payment problems you may experience:

• You cannot insert Mada \ Visa card via Apple Pay , You can register your Mada\Visa card manually and it will work correctly. 
• You can register your Mastercard card via Apple Pay .

How do I pay for ekar trips?

When the invoice is issued, the balance available in the wallet will be deducted first, if any, and then the remaining amount will be withdrawn from the banking card registered in the application.

Will I be refunded if I return ekar vehicle early?

Yes, the remaining amount of your reservation can be refunded. The reservation value will be calculated, and the remaining amount will be refunded. If the reservation price on the package is higher than the amount paid, there will be no refund.

Notice:

- Refund processing policy imposed by Mada and the bank

When paying through any Mada card, in order for the amount to be returned to the bank, the request must be made 14 days before the date of creating the first payment possess.

In the event that the request to return the amount exceeded a period of 14 days, you can request to add the amount to the ekar wallet.

How can I update my payment details?

1. From the main menu, click on Update Payment Details
2. Choose the payment mode (Apple Pay or banking card). 

What is ekar wallet?

It is an in-app wallet that is charged by your credit card, and where the free credit and promotional offers are deposited for deducting all future trips from the wallet.

What is ekar balance?

It is a balance that can be charged from the credit card, or from the free credit and promotional offers

Can I recover ekar balance?

Yes, you can recover the balances resulting from recharging the wallet if a request is made within 14 days from the date of recharge.

However, the balances resulting from promotions and referrals of friends are non-refundable.

Notice:

If you request recovering a booking amount in the wallet, it cannot be requested again to the bank account.

Can fines and violations be paid from ekar balance?

Yes, you can pay them from the wallet balance that was charged by the credit card. However, this does not apply to any balance obtained from promotional codes and offers.

How can I apply the promotional code?

You can apply or add a promotional code through the available offers box, and it will appear in the second step of booking.

Can I recover ekar balance?

No, the credits resulting from the wallet recharge or promotions and friend invitations are not refundable.

How can I view my previous trips and download the reservation invoice? 

1. Open the main menu in the application
2. Click on (View All Trips) Option
3. Choose the flight you want to view and download its invoice
4. Click on (Download Invoice)

Can I temporarily park the vehicle during the reservation period without terminating the reservation?

If you reserve a vehicle, you can keep the key as long as you do not end your trip through the application. When your return back, you can unlock the vehicle with the key.

I cannot reserve due to outstanding amounts, what can I do?

You will not be able to use the service, unless the previous outstanding amount is paid up. To pay the outstanding amounts, click on (Pay) button.
