How to calculate the reservation extension price:

Reservation Per Minute:

When selecting the per-minute booking option, the minimum booking duration is 15 minutes.
An amount equivalent to 2 hours of usage will be held at the beginning of the trip. The exact value may vary depending on the car type.
Upon ending the trip, the actual cost based on usage will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be released once the end-of-trip process is completed.

If the trip is not ended after the selected duration, the booking will be automatically extended by an additional 15 minutes. This extension will continue in the same way until a maximum of 3 hours is reached.

Once the 3-hour usage limit is reached, the system will stop charging, and the rest of the day will be available at no additional cost.

Note: If the original or extended 15-minute periods are not fully used, no refund will be provided for the unused time.

Extension:

Suppose your reservation continues per minute for more than 3 hours. In that case, an invoice will be issued after the 3 hours, including the usage for the 3 hours (per minute rate) value and additional security, and you will be given free driving for the remaining hours of the day.

Per-Minute Booking:

Example:
A vehicle of type MG ZS was booked on a per-minute basis.
The rate is 1 SAR per minute.
If the booking continues for 22 minutes, the system will charge for 30 minutes.

No refund will be provided for unused minutes.

Reservation (per day, week, or month):

If the vehicle is reserved for (a day, a week, or a month), an invoice will be issued in advance for the period of reservation.

Extension:

Once the booking exceeds 24 hours from the start time, you will have a 1-hour grace period during which you can end the trip without any additional charges.

If the trip is not ended within that grace hour, an hourly invoice will be generated (based on the per-minute rate) until the total amount reaches the daily rental rate.

Once that amount is reached, the booking will be automatically extended for the rest of the day without issuing any further invoices.

Each extension is calculated at the daily price of the vehicle.

Example:

The vehicle has been booked on a daily basis and the automatic extension has been made.

If you want to extend for a day, a week, or a month, you must select the package through the app. If you choose to end the reservation early, there will be no refund.

Notice: If you want to extend for a higher package (a week or a month) and there are automatic extension invoices and you have not reached the daily price yet, you must pay the remaining amount for the day and then extend to the desired package.

The booking cost is calculated according to the chosen period, and the customer receives a greater discount the longer the booking duration.

(Only when selecting the package, not when automatic extending)

Each extension period is considered a new booking period, and the cost is calculated according to the extension period and not the total booking period.
Automatic Extension: The hourly booking will be extended until the customer reaches the price of the day.

How to calculate the additional CDW rate:

The additional security rate differs according to the vehicle type and the period:

It is added to the invoice after the termination of reservation (per minute) or after 3 hours every day.
It is added to the invoice in advance during reservation (per day, week, or month).

How to calculate the excess mileage rate:

The allowed mileage according to the reservation period

If you exceed the allowed number of kilometers

It will be added to the invoice after the termination of reservation (per minute) or every 24 hours.
