Monthly booking process

Monthly booking process:


Log into the application and click on 'Monthly Rental'


  1. Select the specifications of the car to be searched for
  2. When reviewing the results, many available cars, prices, and available colors will appear
  3. Choose the car you want to rent and set the booking period from 1-12 months. Additional details, features, and the allowed kilometer will also appear
  4. Add and select your location for delivery or receiving from the branch, and confirm the payment process.
  5. In the receiving stage, you confirm the car’s arrival, then upload four photos to disclaim responsibility through the application, and scan the QR code on the car’s windshield or provided by the delivery driver.

 

Starting the trip


Upon arrival to the car, or receiving it from the branch, log into the application to upload photos and open the car by scanning the available QR on the car's windshield.


If there are any notes on the car, such as damage or otherwise, contact the Technical Support Team at 920031219.


Ending the trip


  1. Select the current trip through the application.
  2. Choose a car delivery date within the last 3 days
  3. Choose the delivery method and place
  4. Go to the branch specified for delivery and confirm the delivery of the car
  5. Take photos of the car from all four sides and scan the QR code


Car Return Policy Before Contract Termination:


  • If you cancel before the car rental company processes your request, no cancellation fees will apply, and any amounts already paid will be refunded, if applicable.
  • If you cancel after the car rental company processes your request but before the car is delivered to you, or if you do not collect the car, you agree to pay the reservation fee, but any excess amounts you have paid will be refunded, if applicable.
  • If you cancel after the car rental company delivers the car to your location but before signing the rental agreement, you agree to pay the delivery fee, but any excess amounts already paid will be refunded.
  • If you cancel after signing the rental agreement, you will need to pay all rental fees (calculated at daily rates) and other outstanding amounts (excess mileage, damages, fines, etc.).
