Payment problems you may experience:

• You cannot insert Mada \ Visa card via Apple Pay , You can register your Mada\Visa card manually and it will work correctly. 
• You can register your Mastercard card via Apple Pay .

How can I update my payment details?

1. From the main menu, click on Update Payment Details
2. Choose the payment mode (Apple Pay or banking card). 

Calculation Method

You can choose from 1 - 12 months. After selecting the period and confirming the booking, the amount will be reserved, and upon receipt of the car, the amount will be deducted.

Example: A 2020 Hyundai Accent car is priced at SAR 3,000 per month. For 3 months, the price is SAR 2,900 per month, payable monthly. For 6 months, the price is SAR 2,800 per month, payable monthly.

If you choose 3 months as shown above, the monthly price is SAR 2,900 per month, to be paid on a monthly basis, while if you choose 6 months, the price will be SAR 2,800, to be paid on a monthly basis.

(When the duration increases, the monthly booking amount decreases. If you return the car before the specified date or time, the usage value will be calculated at the daily, weekly, or monthly rate, in addition to the delivery fees if applicable.)
