"Error message that appears at the registration stage"

 

Message: "The ID number is not available"

Solution: Make sure that you select the correct nationality and then re-enter the ID number

 

Message: “The ID number is incorrect”

Solution: Make sure that the entered ID numbers are correct.

 

Message: “The license expiry date is incorrect”

Solution: Make sure that the entered license expiry date is correct.

 

Message: “The licenses not available”

Solution: Make sure that the entered license information is correct.

 

Message: “The payment method is not supported”

Solution: In case you insert Mada Card, this message will appear because the payment via Mada Card is not supported at the present time. So, you must use Visa Card or Master Card
