"Error messages that may appear at the authorization stage"

 

Message: “There is an authorization for this vehicle, please call the Customer Service Center at 920031219, for canceling the authorization”

Solution: Call the Customer Service Center at 920031219, to solve this problem as soon as possible.

 

Message: “The user information (ID/Residence Permit Number) is not registered in Absher Application please register in Absher Portal)”

Solution: This means that your account in Absher Application is not independent or not registered. You must register in Absher Application, for obtaining the authorization and completing the reservation actions.

 

Message: “The authorization date is invalid”

Solution: If you encounter this problem, call the Customer Service Center at 920031219, to solve this problem as soon as possible.

 

Message: “The residence/ID card number is incorrect, please call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

Solution: 

  1. Go to the main menu
  2. Click on (Preview) next to your name
  3. Update Personal Details
  4. Update the number to match the number registered in Absher

 

Message: “The user has already been authorized for this vehicle, please call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

Solution: If you encounter this problem, call the Customer Service Center at 920031219, to solve this problem as soon as possible.

 

Message: “The entered mobile number is invalid, please call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

Solution:

  1. Go to the main menu
  2. Click on (Preview) next to your name
  3. Update Personal Details
  4. Update the number to match the number registered in Absher

 

Message: TAMM Service: "The user cannot be authorized, please visit the traffic office"

Cause: This means there is a report with the traffic office, please check with the traffic office

 

Message: TAMM Service: "The user cannot be authorized, because there is a report against the ID number of the citizen or the resident"

Cause: This means there is a report with the traffic office, please check with the traffic office

 

Message: An error occurred while processing your request, please try again later

Solution: Try again

 

Message: TAMM Service: "Sorry, the authorization process cannot be completed due to the authorized status, please visit the Passport Department"

Cause: (TAMM) Service cannot authorize you, please visit and check with the Passport Department.

 

Message: An error occurred while trying to log in to TAMM Service, please try again later or call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

Solution: The vehicle authorization service may be unavailable, try again later, or call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

 

Message: TAMM Service is not available currently, please try again later or call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

Solution: The vehicle authorization service may be unavailable, try again later, or call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

 

Message: The driving license is expired, please renew the driving license and then call the Customer Service Center at 920031219

Solution: No authorization can be issued for the vehicle because your driving license is expired. If you have already renewed it, update the expiry date through the application:

  1. Go to the main menu
  2. Click on (Preview) next to your name
  3. Update Personal Details
  4. Update the expiry date of the driving license

 

Error messages may appear while you try to end the trip

 Message: When I upload photos to end the reservation, I get an error message stating (Cannot end the reservation. ignition is on)?

Notice: You may encounter this problem when you end the trip in underground parking areas (basement), due to poor communication with the vehicle 

Solution: If you receive this message when uploading the photos after turning off the engine and photographing the vehicle, wait for two minutes and then click on ending reservation.

Make sure that you select the correct nationality and then re-enter the ID number

Make sure that the entered ID number is correct


The license expiry date is incorrect


Make sure that the entered license expiry date is correct


The licenses not available


Make sure that the entered license information is correct


The payment method is not supported


In case you insert Mada Card, this message will appear because the payment via Mada Card is not supported at the present time. So, you must use Visa Card or Master Card
