Does ekar provide petrol filling service?

ekar provides free fuel for PPM bookings by refueling at Address stations only.

What if the fuel filler chip of Aldrees Stations fails or if I have to fill from another station?

You must contact the customer service team to inform them and disclaim responsibility. After that, you will be provided with suitable solutions and alternatives.

How much fuel should I leave in the vehicle when I end my trip?

If the booking is minute-based, the fuel level must not be less than 25% to end the trip without incurring a fine.
If the booking is daily, weekly, or monthly, the fuel must be refilled to the same level as when the vehicle was received to avoid a fine.

Should I pay for two trips if I get out of the vehicle for short trips, such as grocery shopping?

No, you will not pay for two trips. If you reserve a vehicle for the package of short trip per minute, you can keep the key as long as you do not end your trip through the application, and when your return, you can open the vehicle with the key and continue your trip.

What if I find the vehicle is stolen?

What if Najm and the traffic police do not cover the location of accident?

If you are notified by Najm and the traffic police that they do not cover the place of accident, you can call the Road Security at 966.
